Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
